No — Open Gym is available to non-members on a drop-in basis. Just get in touch or show up during Open Gym hours.
What equipment is available during Open Gym?
You’ll have full access to everything in the facility — the same equipment used in CrossFit classes, including barbells, rigs, cardio machines, kettlebells, and gymnastics gear.
Is a coach present during Open Gym?
Open Gym is self-directed — there’s no coach-led structure. You come in, train how you want, and leave. If you need coaching support, our CrossFit classes are the best fit.
Can I use Open Gym to work on CrossFit skills between classes?
Absolutely — that’s one of the most common reasons members use it. Extra skill work, additional conditioning, or just more time on the floor.
