Open Gym

Your schedule, your workout, your pace. Open Gym gives you dedicated floor time to train how you want — whether that’s working on a skill, hitting extra conditioning, or moving at your own tempo. Available to all members, it’s the perfect complement to your regular class schedule.

Sports Recovery

Hard training demands proper recovery. Our recovery room gives you access to infrared sauna and compression therapy — included in your membership — so you can show up to every session feeling fresh, moving well, and ready to perform.
